Renewing your business name through a private service provider
We have become aware of a few companies, apart from ASIC, that will send out paper notifications of your business name renewal however, these companies are over-charging. While this is a third party business, we recommend that you ALWAYS register your business name with ASIC, for which the price for 1 year is $37 and the price for 3 years is $88. Look for the ASIC name and logo, as well as the Australian Government logo on top of your letter. We have attached an example of the ASIC letter below.
